Cancellation Policy

Please Text or call (402)306-9173 to cancel or reschedule appointments Email correspondence is not accepted and will result in a cancellation fee. Required notice for Weekday appointments: 24 hours minimum Required notice for weekend appointments: 48 hours minimum Weddings and onsite events : 10 days minimum Less than required notice will result in a minimum of 50% cancellation fee of the starting price of the service booked, plus any card processing fees. All pre-paid Deposits for are non-refundable & non-transferable in the event of any cancelations. All no shows will be automatically be charged 100% of the service booked plus processing fees minus of any deposits paid and will require a pre-paid deposit for future booking. (Failure of payment for any cancellations may result in being banned from future booking) No exceptions will be made for this cancellation policy other than unsafe driving conditions due to weather.
